Aquarium help please? Fish swimming sideways?

Barbs are crazy and can swim funny sometimes. Keep an eye on her and watch for fuzzy white spots as she might have a bacterial or other problem, but do not be overly alarmed as barbs are funny like that and it might be nothing at all. If you are truly worried, separate out the one fish into a quarantine tank, or take her back.
