Would the density of gold while in a liquid form move to or away from the equator?

Regardless of how dense gold is, there is nothing at the equator to pull it so it wouldn't go toward or away. It would be pulled toward the center of the Earth just like everything else on the planet. The Earth is the cource of our gravity and it is under us so it always pulls us down, not sideways.
