Is this appropriate behavior of a psychiatrist?

while it is not appropriate its not inappropriate either a physiologist is just a glorified licensed opinion giver. the advice i would give that person is to talk about it relate to other people and know that it's is not there fault stand up and scream if they need to and then get a job from home . until they are ready to return to the work force also just because one bad person gave you shitty advice not to blame the rest of us whom honestly want to help those in need
