One month touch up/fix after foot tattoo?

I got my first tatto 4-24-07, They didnt stress so much about coming in unless I had a problem with it. But they did tell me I get free touch up for a few months. On my paper work, It says to come in after a month to see if I need a touch up and best time to take a picture. I have a erfly with dust/start on my foot. Barely noticly one part on wing is faded looking...But one of the stars center is uncentered. Not sure if its fixable. Not really noticable also. They stars were like + in black and then a small + criss crossed of birth month of colors of my family. On one star teh center criss cross isnt centered.
