Tongue Nightmare? :(?

well, about 3wks ago, i went n to a tattoo gallery and got my tongue pierced and the man who done it, done it wrong the first time,so i got it done agen. came home went to bed, nxt morning i noticed a lump bhind my ear and 4 more bhind my neck and a rash on my face.. but he took da needles out of packets, went to the docs and she sed it was a infection from the needle and she gave me tablets and cream just coming out of it now... dya tink id get my money back?
