How do i find a model for my photography?

Hi there, i am looking forward for a career in glamour photography. the hardest thing i find in todays world is to find a photogenic/salable featured female model, it also harder to go ahead and talk to them, coz you never kno who is going to sue you for talking to them. i kno that i could advertise but i dont have much funds to do so as im saving to buy my equipment. but i cant be wasting time looking around for contacts later. i would like to get in touch with potential volunteer who could model for my glamour photography portfolio. this is my problem and is dreading me. any suggestions??
