Is it possible to get rid of the blood in one spot on your skin?

Is it possible to cut off the blood in one spot of your body - (for example a small patch on my stomach), - so that the skin appears totally white. - I was wondering if there is some chemical you can put on your skin or something you can spray? , that would cause the blood from that part you put it on to submerge elsewhere - atleast for a little while (not permanently). If any one knows anything about this please let me know? Thankyou in advance
