Black and white sweet 16 ideas?

okk well i'm having my sweet 16 the theme is black and white. i'm probably going to invite like 40 people.. i was wondering if u guys had any ideas for the party like if we should do some kind of games... or just like sit eat and dance.. n how long should the party go.. its going to be on a saturday by the way.. decorations... n what type of food.. any ideas would be great.. thank u :)
