Do PS3 trophies from an extension of a game still go in the same trophy category as the regular game?

For example, I had Burnout Paradise for a while but I decided to sell it since I never played it anymore. Naturally, while playing it, I got trophies. I just recently bought Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box and I was wondering if it will open up a separate trophy category for BP:TUB or it will just continue on the BP trophy collection.
