Eye Allergies?

Sometime my eyes severly react to somekind of allergin. I can take away the itch with medicine and take away the swelling with ice, but after the swelling goes down I'm left with loose skin under my eyes for about a week. Any ideas on how to instantly tighten them up??? I really need help!
