My new diet plan/fitness goal to lose 15lbs?
mondays-liquid day only green tea & water tuesday-egg substitute w/whole grain toast,salad,fish wed-oatmeal,turkey sandwich,whole grain pasta thursday-apple,salad,chicken(grilled),co… fri-strawberries,blueberies,melon,apple sat-oatmeal,8beers sun-whey protien drink made w/milk all day's will have 8 8oz gles of water no supplement's due to medication for heart disase what to you think & how would you improve it
