Should I get the original or remastered Beatles albums?

I have got into The Beatles a lot over the past couple of months and I have decided I am getting a few of the albums. I want to know if the remastered are actually worth getting over the originals. Sometimes it can be pointless to get a remastered version, this is why I'm asking the question. I don't have too much money on me so is it worth forking out a few more quid for the remasters?
