Should I hold the door open for women or is that now considered condescending?

Don't bother. You'll either be seen as a wimp or a nice guy. (Nice guy is code for sucker and loser.) Women only sleep with a guy that treats them with condescension and indifference. I don't know why, I just know it's true.
