I really want to be training in the off season, and I have been a bit but not as much as I know I can be! I have been making excuses because I have a very busy schedule, but I know that the excuse is lame! PLEASE give me a virtual slap in the face so I can smarten up and do it! Oh, and while your at it, maybe give me some helpful advice to work around a busy schedule and not being tired. I work 8-4 but live an hour and a half away from work... I have bball practice mon/thurs and some weekends I have tournaments...Thanks ALL!!
