Why??? When I try to send a email I can only get a draft, How do I get that out of there.Thank u Im new at thi?

Also when I trying to put a address on the letter head to send it out It wont bring up the person name Sorry if this doesn't read right But I don't know how to explain The you for your help Please make it as easy as you can Im new here
